Janet is a great professional who not only does her job very well but also is a lovely person. She takes time to listen to her patients and make them feel like they are not just a number. I attend appointments for myself and for my three year old daughter, Janet is great with my daughter and my daughter looks forward to coming to the doctors to see Janet. Janet is very patient and understanding, since Janet has started working permanently at Kings Heath practice I prefer to be seen by her rather than any other professional and ask for this when booking appointments . What an outstanding nurse it's great to have someone that is not just there for the job and cares about people and there well being.

Janet always takes time to actually listen. She is empathic whilst totally professional and acts promptly with progressing her diagnosis, where applicable. Restored my faith in the medical profession

Janet is a very down to earth person who i feel is very caring and thorough. She's more like a friend than a nurse very easy to approach and talk to . I Was suffering from a cough for a long time previous doctors palmed me off with cough syrup . Seen janet and she arranged loads of tests and i was diagnosed with pnumonia I'm really grateful for her help and kindness. A big asset to the medical centre .

Janet supported me through my very very low times and finding out that I have fibromyalgia atheritus, and very depressed , Janet sat down and went through all my medication with me as I was in so much pain , she listed and made me feel important. Lovely kind thoughtful lady
